User Agreement
Effective date: September 14, 2026.
1. Responsible use
You agree to use TidyUp Room lawfully and with reasonable care. You remain responsible for deciding whether a method is appropriate for your household, materials, products, abilities, and circumstances.
2. No account relationship
The current site has no user accounts, profiles, memberships, comments, submissions, payments, rewards, or private community features. Reading or emailing the site does not create a professional, contractor, adviser, employment, or fiduciary relationship.
3. Product and material responsibility
Follow the current label for every cleaner and the manufacturer instructions for surfaces, fabrics, appliances, and tools. Do not transfer products to unidentified containers or combine products. Stop if a finish changes, equipment behaves unexpectedly, or a method creates irritation, fumes, heat, pressure, or another hazard.
4. Health, exposure, and emergencies
Site content is not medical or emergency advice. Leave an unsafe area and contact the appropriate emergency service, Poison Control, product manufacturer, clinician, property authority, or qualified professional when exposure, illness, fire, electrical danger, structural instability, contaminated water, hazardous material, or another urgent condition is present.
5. Mold, sewage, and professional work
Ordinary cleaning instructions do not replace assessment or remediation. Extensive mold, sewage, contaminated floodwater, significant saturation, unstable access, pest contamination, suspected lead or asbestos, and valuable or delicate materials may require qualified help.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to interfere with site operation, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, automate requests that impair service, impersonate the site, remove ownership notices, or reproduce substantial content for commercial use without permission.
7. External services
You are responsible for reviewing external providers, products, labels, and policies before relying on them. A link or citation does not constitute control, sponsorship, warranty, or endorsement of every statement or service on the external site.
8. Changes and availability
Articles and site features may be corrected, updated, moved, or removed. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed, and you should verify high-stakes or time-sensitive information with the relevant authority.
9. Agreement updates and contact
